For orders below SGD100, you may opt for the following:

• SGD2 (Singpost Letterbox Delivery)
• SGD4 (NinjaVan Doorstep Delivery)

Both methods come with tracking. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an e-mail with tracking details.

Processing Time
Orders are packed and shipped within 3–5 working days.
During festive periods or sale events, processing may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
While Rising Rays is not responsible for delays once parcels are dispatched,
