1. How long will my order take to arrive?
We process orders within 3–5 working days. During festive or sale periods, it may take a little longer. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details by e-mail.
2. Do you ship outside of Singapore?
Currently, we only ship locally within Singapore.
3. How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for orders above SGD100. For orders below that, a flat rate of SGD4 applies.
4. How do I care for my jewellery?
To keep your jewellery glowing, store it in our pouch when not in use, avoid contact with water, perfume, or harsh chemicals, and gently clean it with a soft cloth.

5. Can I return my jewellery?
First-time customers: We accept returns within 7 days, refunded to your original payment method.
Returning customers: We accept returns within 7 days, issued as store credit.
Earrings and worn items are not eligible for hygiene reasons.
