Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident in your purchase, so we provide returns which meets the conditions below.

First-time customers
Returns are accepted and a full refund will be made via the original mode of payment only.
The entire refund process may take up to 30 business days.

Returning customers
Returns are accepted and will be processed as store credit.

Conditions

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in its original, unworn condition with any packaging still intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings or items that have been worn/used.
  • Original order shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • No exchanges will be accepted.
  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at hello@risingrays.co with your order number to check your return eligibility.

2. Once verified, you’ll receive instructions on how to return your item. Please note:

  • If your item is faulty, Rising Rays will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • For all other eligible returns, you will be responsible for return shipping.
  • Items must be sent back in the original box to protect the jewellery.
  • Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving the return authorisation email.

3. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it against our return conditions. Please note that any returns with damage will not be refunded.

4. If approved, store credit will be issued to you. Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Rising Rays reserves the rights to reject returns request that do not comply with this policy.
